Depending on when you place your order, it could be ready as soon as same day for pick up. Please note there are times when it may take over 4 hours…please do not go to store to pick up your order until you receive the e-mail notifying you that it is ready to be picked up.

When it is time to pick up your order, please call your Kiehl’s store to let the team know you are on the way. The store team will give specific instructions on where to park your car. When you arrive at the store, a Skincare Expert will bring your order directly to your car.
Your form of payment will be charged only when you pick up your order in-store. If you do not pick up your order within 7 business days from when your order is ready, your products will no longer be set aside for you and your form of payment will not be charged.
Yes, should you choose to, you may add additional items to your order once you are in-store picking up. You may also refund any items at any time as part of our Kiehl’s Since 1851 Guarantee.
Please note we will remove samples and promotional items from your bag if you choose to pick up your items in store. You will be able to choose your complimentary samples and promotional items in store when you pick up your order. If you have applied a promotion to your order, you will need to re-enter your promotion code.
If you placed an online for pick up in a Kiehl’s free-standing store or ordered curbside pickup, you must return at a Kiehl’s free-standing store or contact a store to process your return.
